Please note that in case of a deadline on a particular calendar date, the time of the deadline is 11:59 PM clock time in the IAU office in Paris, France on that given date. In European winter, Paris clock time is UTC + 1 hour. In European summer, Paris clock time is UTC + 2 hours.

Apr 18		Deadline for CPs to confirm their candidates for Individual Membership, according to the list of candidates for future Membership they have received on April 10.
Apr 10		CPs receive from the IAU Secretariat a list of the candidates for future Membership who want to join their Commission
Apr 10		National Members receive by Email from the IAU Secretariat a list of all candidates for future Membership
