General Assembly in Honolulu: Registration Open

The schedule of the scientific programme for the 2015 General Assembly (GA) in Honolulu is now available here. The programme has been discussed and agreed by the Executive Committee and the Division Presidents. The selected meetings (Symposia and Focus Meetings) have already been announced (ann14013) and the registration is now open.

Additional short meetings (business meetings, scientific discussions, etc.) may be organised in parallel with this scientific programme, except during the Division Days (Friday, 7 August and Monday, 10 August), the Opening Ceremony day (Monday, 3 August) and the Closing Ceremony day (Friday, 14 August). Requests should be sent to the General Secretary.

However, it is recommended that the relevant Division Presidents are contacted first, as some Divisions may want to incorporate some of the proposed discussions into their own programme. Provision has been made with the Local Organising Committee (LOC) to ensure that requests can be accommodated even at short notice before the GA, but early notification (say, once the programme for the Divison Days is available, i.e., around the end of January 2015) will of course be easier to handle.
