Announcement from Gabriela Gonzalez (LIGO Scientific Collaboration) and Fulvio Ricci (Virgo Collaboration)

The LIGO Scientific Collaboration and the Virgo Collaboration have issued the

third open call for professional astronomers interested in signing agreements

for the identification of electromagnetic counterparts to gravitational

wave triggers found in the second science run of LIGO and Virgo Advanced

detectors, which will start next year.
